1. Do I have to register on your site to place an order? No, you do not have to register to place an order.

2. When is my order processed? Most orders will be processed the next business day. Thank you for your patience.

3. Can I change my order after it is placed? While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we may not be able to catch your order in time. Please remember that you can always return or exchange any unwashed and unworn merchandise.

4. The item I ordered is ‘Available on backorder’. How long will it take before I receive the item? Backordered items can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer), depending on the availability of both the distributor, and our local screen printer. We will keep you posted via email regarding the status of your order and the expected delivery date.

5. The item I want to order is ‘Out of stock’, so I can’t add it to my cart. Why doesn’t it show available on backorder instead? What this means is that the color you prefer, according to our distributor, is “so last season”, and they no longer stock the item in this color. However, if you really have your heart set on this color, please email Ann Dea, and we will work with you to get that item. We can obtain it from the manufacturer, and would be pleased to do that for you.

6. Are the long sleeve tees, crewneck sweatshirts, and hoodies unisex? Yes, they most certainly are. So if you prefer a color listed under the opposite gender, by all means order it! No one will know, and we certainly won’t tell. Helpful hint: If the crewneck sweatshirt or hoodie color and size is not available in your gender, check to see if it’s available in that color and size for the opposite gender. We typically stock both in the colors black, navy blue, and dark ash.

7. How do I return/exchange an item? Hike Monadnock gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund IF accompanied by the original receipt. Click Here to visit our returns page for all necessary information.

8. Where is my order? Upon shipment of your order you will receive an email containing tracking information. If you cannot locate this information please email us or call us at (603)532-HIKE (4453).

9. Can I ship orders internationally? Unfortunately, we are not shipping orders internationally at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

10. How much is shipping and handling for my order? Please see our Shipping Chart. All orders are shipped via USPS.
